Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the Site will be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the local and federal courts located in the District of Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site. You waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

A failure by Capitol Quill Press to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented through the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Capitol Quill Press concerning your use of the Site.
